The Institute of Economic and Financial Expertise in Łódź (Instytut Ekspertyz Ekonomicznych i Finansowych w Łodzi) is an autonomous public entity under the Ministry of Justice that conducts scientific research in the fields of economics, finance, accounting, taxation, capital markets, banking, insurance and economic cybercrime. In the aforementioned areas, the Institute prepares expert opinions at the request of courts an prosecutors’ offices.
